About Yvette Constant

Making small changes in my diet coupled with more physical activity began my journey of losing 140 pounds.  

As I reflect on the many factors that contributed or helped me along the way, I realized that it was my ability to substitute fatty foods with lots of taste for healthy foods with lots of taste that really made a difference.  

I started by creating salad dressings that were flavorful with less calories.  I loved creamy dressings and knew I couldn’t continue eating them if I wanted to see more weight loss.  Adding a salad to my meals daily meant I needed salad dressings that provided lots of taste but were not filled with fat, salt, and calories.  

My mission now is to enhance your salad experience and introduce an alternative to the norm.  

It has long been my goal to excite, improve, and to make eating fun and exciting without feeling the guilt of enjoying a tasty meal.
